The Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Public Service and the Collective Bargaining Agreement on Performance-Related Pay for Employees of the Federation were concluded inter alia to take into account the political objective, i. e. to make the public administration more efficient and to improve public services.
At the same time, however, this has opened up a new chapter in the book of personnel development. After all, performance-related pay is not only an important element in the personnel development system, but it also serves to strengthen the motivation and management skills of the individual and make him/her assume responsibility for his work.
The Federal Academy supports the entire performance-related pay process through various measures (providing information, advice, advanced training etc.)
