Work tools are used for clearly structured procedures. They help you steer through individual procedural steps. This makes it much easier to deal with complex problems and increases efficiency. At the same time, it ensures that legal standards are observed.
The legislative process tool (only available in the Berlin-Bonn Information Network) offers a constantly updated, comprehensive illustration and detailed explanations of all procedural steps that a bill must go through, starting from early ideas to the bill's promulgation in the Federal Law Gazette.
It is supplemented by a comprehensive collection of legal texts, basic material, literature and addresses required for legislative work.
Hence, this work tool has not been designed exclusively for users in charge of a legislative procedure for the first time, but also for experienced practitioners.
